Certifications at the Bauer scale factory In the summer of 2013, we decided to have our quality management checked by an external certification body. Our quality management has therefore been successfully certified to ISO 9001. ISO 9001 defines the minimum requirements for the quality management of a company.

One of these requirements is the constant provision of products or services that meet the expectations of customers and authorities. Furthermore, it is important to always increase customer satisfaction, e.g. by optimizing business processes. Thus, ISO 9001 serves as proof of certain standards towards third parties. The company goes through a strict certification process and receives a time-limited certificate by a so-called certification body.

Our quality management has been and will continue to be audited by TÜV SÜD at regular intervals. The regular review of an issued ISO 9001 certificate allows us to continuously quality assurance and quality management improvement to meet the expectations of our customers. CE marking Our standards are governed by Directive 2004/22 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. For this reason, our company is regularly checked by an external certification body according to the o. G. Directive tested.

According to the German Calibration Act of 2013, which is the basis for measuring, measuring safety and consumer protection in relation to trade fairs, a manufacturer may only place a measuring instrument on the market if each individual device complies with the requirements of the directive. The CE marking is an administrative sign issued by the manufacturer, thus ensuring that the product complies with the applicable requirements of the European Union Directive and may be sold in the EU. Other products are marked according to the legal guidelines.
