Certifications at the Bauer Scale Factory

In the summer of 2013, we decided to have our quality management checked by an external certification body.

Our quality management has therefore been successfully certified to ISO 9001. ISO 9001 defines the minimum requirements for the quality management of a company. One of these requirements is the constant provision of products or services that meet the expectations of customers and authorities. Furthermore, it is important to always increase customer satisfaction, e.g. by optimizing business processes. Thus, ISO 9001 serves as proof of certain standards towards third parties. The company goes through a strict certification process and receives a time-limited certificate by a so-called certification body. Our quality management has been and will continue to be audited by TÜV SÜD at regular intervals.
